    We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and a refund may be necessary. By shopping with us, you're not just buying a product; you're supporting a dream, a family, and the broader community. This is not meant to dissuade customers from exercising their legal rights, rather we aim to encourage fair and considered purchases of our products.     We adhere to Australian Consumer Law and guarantee that our products are:

    • Match their description

    • Fit for their intended purpose

    • Safe and durable

    90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

    We offer a 90-Day Money Back Guarantee on Hard Hat Smartwatches (excluding accessories).

    If you decide within 90 days of receiving your watch that it is not right for you, you may return it for a refund, provided:

    • The watch is returned in decent condition

    • It is not deliberately damaged or destroyed

    • All major components (watch body and charger) are included

    This satisfaction guarantee operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

    Accessories are not covered under the 90-day satisfaction guarantee but may be eligible for replacement if defective.


    Refund and Returns Process

    Attach photos and/or videos showing the current condition of the watch.

    Return Instructions
    Our team will provide return instructions if applicable.

    Inspection and Resolution
    Once received, the watch will be inspected and processed in line with this policy and Australian Consumer Law.


    Return Condition Requirements

    For returns under the 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

    • The watch must be returned in decent and hygienic condition

    • It must not show signs of deliberate destruction or severe misuse

    • Major components must be included

    Original packaging is preferred but not required for satisfaction returns.

    For returns relating to a product fault under Australian Consumer Law, packaging is not required.

    Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

    Items sent back without contacting support first will not be accepted.


    Return Shipping & Fees

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for satisfaction-based returns.

    An administration and handling fee of up to $24.99 per item applies to satisfaction-based returns. This fee covers inspection, processing and restocking costs.

    This fee does not apply to refunds provided under Australian Consumer Law for faulty products.

    If a watch is returned in a condition inconsistent with resale (for example, excessive dirt, damage beyond normal wear, or missing components), cleaning or restoration fees of up to $69.90 may apply. These fees apply only to satisfaction-based returns and are based on reasonable assessment.


    Damages and Issues

    Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

    All claims are assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

    Our advertisements demonstrate durability under controlled testing conditions. They are not an invitation to deliberately damage or destroy the product.

    The Hard Hat Watch is built tough and designed to withstand everyday occupational knocks and impacts. However, damage caused by deliberate destruction, crushing beyond reasonable occupational use, chemical corrosion, or exposure beyond the product’s tested IP rating is not covered under warranty.

    Actions not covered under warranty include:

    • Diving

    • Swimming in salt water or chlorinated water

    • Use in steam rooms or high-temperature steam environments

    • Exposure to hazardous chemicals

    • Deliberate crushing or destruction

    Damage resulting from misuse or exposure beyond tested conditions is not covered.

    If you disagree with an assessment, you may request a written explanation and pursue your rights through the appropriate consumer authority.


    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item (where eligible) and place a separate order for the replacement.


    European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

    If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

    The item must be unused and in its original packaging.


    Refunds

    Refunds under the 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee require the original watch to be returned.

    Administration and handling fees (up to $24.99 per item) apply only to satisfaction-based returns.

    Cleaning or restoration fees (up to $69.90 per item) may apply if items are returned in poor or unsanitary condition.

    Refunds for faulty products under Australian Consumer Law will not incur administration or handling fees.

    Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days (often sooner). Please allow additional processing time by your financial institution.
